Milestone Birthdays We are happy to include announcements and pictures of subscribers and/or their immediate family members celebrating milestone birthdays (i.e. 16th, 21st, 50th, 80th, 90th, 100th — you get the idea!)
Feel free to e-mail a picture of the birthday person; photos should be in JPEG format and clearly named, with higher resolution and file size resulting in better reproduction; send to observer@iw.net.
We try to print pictures at a 2 column width (4.5 inches), but due to quality and space limitations, they may not run that big.
